Dr S Prudwiraj has experience of 8+ years in the field of Diabetes and Endocrinology. His area of expertise includes Diabetes, Hypertension, Thyroid, Obesity, Dyslipidemia, PCOS, Short Stature, Disorders of Sex Development, Hypogonadism, Osteoporosis, Pituitary & Adrenal disorders.

He has received training in the treatment of a wide range of rare disorders, including recombinant growth hormone therapy for short stature, gonadotropin therapy for pubertal/fertility disorders, parathyroid disorders, gender identity disorders, and Endocrine malignancies.

MD (Internal Medicine) from Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education & Research (PGIMER)

He completed his DM in Endocrinology from Topiwala National Medical College and B.Y.L Nair Ch Hospital

After DM he worked as an Assistant Professor in the same department of Endocrinology from 2021 to 2022.

Awarded with postgraduate diploma in diabetes from Australian diabetes association.
Given faculty lecture on “Metabolic bone disease” at All India Occupational Therapists Association (AIOTA) 3rd annual national fellowship programme.
Presented the poster on “Correlation between serum vitamin D3 levels and COVID-19, experience from western India” in ESICON 2021.
Presented oral paper in Endocrine Week 2020 on “Clinical characteristics, diagnostic challenges and therapeutic outcomes of thyrotropin-secreting pituitary adenomas: A case series of three patients”.
Presented the poster of " a rare case of debilitating TIO (Tumour-induced osteomalacia)" in ISBMR 2020.
Presented the poster on “Clinical Spectrum Of 21(Oh) Deficiency Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia: A Single Centre Retrospective Study” in ESICON 2019.
